Not quite sure why I haven’t posted a juice/smoothie ingredients before.I make juices and smoothies errday… Sometimes two to three times. Hehe.
I told you that my vitamix is my most used kitchen appliance. I don’t know if that says much because I don’t really cook too often. #wifeyfail. Anyway, this smoothie was inspired by a drink that I had from a place called Juice It Up from our Cali trip. For those Canadians who have never heard of this place, it’s basically the US version of our Booster Juice. But better…#notsorry.
So just keep in mind that I don’t measure the ingredients all the time. I always just throw whatever amount I feel like because ain’t nobody got time for that. This can serve up to two people.
What You will need:
1 peeled orange
1 cup coconut milk (or water)
1/2 a lemon peeled
3 to 4 small pieces of frozen pineapples
Handful of kale
Handful of spinach
Add these ingredients into your Vitamix and add ice as you go. I usually just add cubes if I want a thicker smoothie. If you want a sweeter taste, add in a frozen banana. It’ll also help to make your drink smoother and thicker. That’s house easy it is!
